I Dub Thee Silly Saturday!
Anyone who has ever worked in customer service has heard some story about how the enthusiastic customer they are currently helping will return to seal the deal.
I originally found this and posted it to the Facebook wall of my friend who is a newly licensed health insurance salesman. He has helped a dozen people and heard this repeatedly so I took it upon myself to poke at him publicly. Isn't that what friends are for?
Now, I felt the need to do it to myself because I experienced it today. The best part was it was nearly these same words. He said "I'm going to let you go now, but I want to talk again. I'll probably call back later." So here I am, sticking my foot in my mouth. I tend to do this without really trying to be offensive or insulting. #sorrynotsorry
